Gossip about petet chech's name

No more wordplay with Petr Cech's name, just some new down-and-dirty gossip on the former Chelsea No. 1 from The Daily Star. It seems Arsenal have held talks with Chelsea already and are closing on a deal to bring the 32-year-old to the Emirates for 7 million pounds in January.

The return of Thibaut Courtois to Stamford Bridge this season made Cech an instant second-choice for Jose Mourinho. That hasn't sat well with Cech, who understandably wants, and thinks he deserves, first team minutes.

With Arsene Wenger looking for cover and competition for his current No. 1 Wojciech Szczesny, the move for the Czech Republic man could come at a perfect time for all parties.
